Color Wash / Wood Stain, 8oz - Blackberry House Paint: Fresh Eggs

Are you ready to have fun? Color Washes will be your new “go to” for an easy way to “wash” your woods or painted pieces with just the right splash of color. You can also use it as a stain on raw wood! Use just like you would use glaze. Brush on and wipe off to the level of color you prefer. Can also be applied with a lint free towel. Our 8 oz Color Washes are pure acrylic, water based color glazes with a built in top coat. They can be thinned with water if desired. These dry quickly so be sure to follow instructions for the best application. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Can be used on raw wood as a stain, and can be used over painted pieces to add a semi transparent layer of color. On raw wood, brush on and let sit for about a minute, then wipe off with a lint free cloth to your desired color. Apply the same over painted surfaces. The longer it sits, the darker the color. Fun Fact: You can even add our SHIMMER to our COLOR WASH to create a hint of metallic to your project!
